El Salvador Deploys Rescue Teams
President Nayib Bukele announced that 300 rescuers and paramedics, alongside 50 tonnes of equipment, medicines and relief supplies, were ready to depart for Caracas.

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva said he received news of the disaster with “great concern and dismay.”
He reaffirmed Brazil’s readiness to assist the government of interim President Delcy Rodriguez in recovery efforts, praising the resilience of the Venezuelan people.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla extended condolences to Venezuela and said Cuban healthcare workers already stationed in the country had been fully mobilised to assist affected communities.

The Argentine government said it was closely monitoring developments and stood ready to provide humanitarian support through international coordination mechanisms.
